Debbie Contreras

Debbie Contreras joined Fort Capital in February 2022 as a Property Manager. She brings an energetic, proactive attitude to the workplace with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Debbie has over 19 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She began her career as a leasing professional at Trammel Crow Residential, and later Riverstone Residential. She then went to work for Gil Ramirez Commercial Properties as a Property Manager, where she managed a mixed portfolio of new residential homes, commercial buildings, and event centers. Over the years, Debbie transitioned to Figure Eight Properties as Regional Operations Manager, where she handled the operations for 7 apartment communities totaling 2,400 units those assets ranging from Class A mid-rise to challenging Class B properties throughout Houston, Round Rock, and San Antonio.

This Houston native is passionate about her family and spending time with her husband and five kids. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, especially to Las Vegas.
