Phil Tiffany

Phillip Tiffany MS, EFO, CFO, MIFireE has served as the Fire Chief for the Fort Lupton Fire Protection District since December 2004, following roles as Volunteer Fire Chief and various volunteer positions within the District beginning in 1987. Prior to their fire service career, Phillip held the position of Probation Officer for the 17th Judicial District Adams County, where responsibilities included supervision of domestic violence offenders and court reporting. Phillip's early career included serving as Residential Supervisor/Assistant Director at The Restitution Center, overseeing staff and maintaining training standards. Educationally, Phillip holds a Master’s Degree in Emergency Services Management from Columbia Southern University, a Basic Peace Officer Academy Certificate from Aims Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Northern Colorado, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Aims Community College.
