Joe Pacileo

Joe Pacileo serves as the President and CEO of MasterPeace Solutions, a company focused on innovative solutions for the Intelligence and CyberSecurity communities since August 2023. Pacileo has held the position of President at the Fort Meade Alliance since June 2011, promoting economic growth in Maryland. Additional roles include Senior Vice President at IronNet until August 2023, where oversight was provided for a global Customer Success organization in cybersecurity, and Vice President at Engility Corporation, managing a $200M ARR P&L in cybersecurity solutions. Previous experience includes key leadership positions in cyber operations at ManTech and Northrop Grumman, as well as a distinguished military career in the US Army serving as a Colonel in Military Intelligence. Educational credentials include a BA from the University of California, Davis, and an MSA from Central Michigan University.
