Michel Ayub

Michel Ayub serves as General Counsel at Fort Partners since May 2019, where responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various agreements, providing legal opinions, and managing relationships with government officials and high-net-worth individuals. Prior experience encompasses roles as Associate Attorney at Aballí Milne Kalil, PA, focusing on real estate transactions; Contract Attorney at Casareale & Partners, handling legal documentation for real property; Certified Legal Intern for the City of Miami, drafting legislation and providing legal guidance; and Associate at Deutsche Bank, conducting legal research and drafting complex agreements. Michel holds a Master of Laws in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law and a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Rollins College.
