Allison Holland has a diverse work experience in the education field. Allison started their career as a Second Grade Teacher at John Glenn School Corporation in 2008. In 2012, they joined Plymouth Community School Corporation as an Instructional Coach, where they developed curriculum, led teachers in instructional practices, and facilitated professional development opportunities. Allison also initiated a student group called "eLearning Rockstars" to promote technology and education. In 2016, they became the Principal at Huntington County Community School Corporation, and later in 2017, they moved on to become a School Principal at Fort Wayne Community Schools.

Allison Holland earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Bethel College - Company in 2008. Allison later obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Integrating Technology in the Classroom from Walden University in 2012. In 2015, they completed a Principal's License in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from IWU National & Global. Allison also holds a Principal's License certification.
