Scott Sproat has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Scott began their career in 1991 as a Regional Vice President for the Continental Basketball Association, where they served until 2001. In 2001, they became the Executive Vice President and Co-Owner of the Fort Wayne Komets Hockey Club, a role they continue to hold. Additionally, since 2003, they have been an Adjunct Professor of Sports Management at the University of Saint Francis. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in sports management and has contributed to the success of prestigious sports franchises.

Scott Sproat has a strong educational background, with their studies spanning from high school to university. Scott attended DeKalb High School in Waterloo, Indiana, from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained an Honors Diploma.
