Jen Tippmann, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Fort Wayne Metals since February 2022, Jen previously held various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager at Lutheran Health Network, where critical HR processes were executed for a multi-specialty physician group of over 650 employees. Responsibilities included compensation analysis, employee relations consulting, recruitment, and the presentation of new employee orientations. Additional experience includes operations management for a network of primary care clinics, billing administration at Installed Building Products, and department management at Meijer. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University.
