Bishnu Twanabasu is a seasoned academic and researcher with extensive experience in the fields of biology and environmental sciences. Currently serving as a Professor and Associate Professor at Weatherford College since August 2014, Bishnu also holds a Research Associate position at the Botanical Research Institute of Texas, focusing on mycorrhizal fungi in plant communities and soils. Previous roles include Visiting Assistant Professor at Austin College, Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at the University of North Texas, and various teaching and analytical positions that encompass a broad range of biological and environmental topics. Bishnu's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of North Texas, a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from McNeese State University, and a Master's in Botany from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
