Andrew is the Founder and Managing Partner of Presidio Interests, a Fort Worth-based commercial real estate investment and development firm. Presidio specializes in forward-looking, transformative urban development projects, often repositioning obsolete and underperforming buildings to benefit the community. Presidio has acquired, developed or redeveloped many urban infill commercial projects in Fort Worth, including the Foch Street Warehouses (Foch Street South) and Magnolia + May. He currently or formerly served on the Cultural District Alliance Board (past Chairman); the Fort Worth Downtown Design Review Board; the Downtown FW 2023 and 2033 Strategic Planning teams; the City of FW Urban Forestry Advisory Board; the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth; the Lone Star Film Society & Festival; Streams & Valleys; and on committees at Fort Worth Country Day, Vision FW, and FW South (Near Southside Inc). In 2001, he founded Urban Green, a nonprofit that has planted trees in several (but not nearly enough) public spaces in Fort Worth. Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. He attended FWCD from kindergarten through eighth grade.
