Scott T. Nazar

Scott T. Nazar has worked for two companies in their career. Scott T. began working for Forta Corporation in 2013 as a Technical Manager. Prior to that, they worked for PennDOT (Pennsylvania Department of Transportation) from 2000 to 2013, where they held the role of Material Innovation Management. In this role, they led research on Thin Overlays, Asphalt Rubber Gap-Graded mixes using Wet Process, Fiber reinforced Asphalt, and helped with Flexible Micro-surfacing Research. Scott T. was also responsible for forensic investigation of pavement distresses.
