Dāvis Bautris

Dāvis Bautris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dāvis started their career as a Foreman of asphalt works at A.C.B. Jsc in 2004. From 2008 to 2020, they worked at Lemminkainen Latvija SIA, where they held various positions including QHSE Manager, Laboratory Quality Manager, and Head of Asphalt Paving Department. During this time, they also worked on Lean Six Sigma Projects, Communications and marketing activities, and IT management and development at Lemminkäinen. In 2016, they joined Lemminkäinen Infra Oy as an H&S Manager, Paving Technical Office. Dāvis then moved on to YIT Latvija in 2020, where they served as the Development Manager of Business Premises before joining FORTA PRO in the same year as a Business Process Manager.

Dāvis Bautris obtained a Professional Master's degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2003 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Life Cycle Assessment (Building Sector) from Bureau Veritas Group in October 2022, Internal Auditor from Bureau Veritas in April 2016, Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor from Bureau Veritas in May 2013, Manager of Laboratory Quality Management System from PSI Group in October 2011, Manager of Environmental Management System from PSI Group in December 2009, Manager of Quality System from PSI Group in July 2009, and a Certificate of Building Practice from Latvian Association of Civil Engineers in February 2009.
