Joanneke Jansen

Joanneke Jansen is currently serving as a Strategy Associate at Fortaegis Technologies, where the focus is on designing and developing ultra-secure semiconductors for collaborative intelligent systems. Prior to this role, Joanneke worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from September 2021 to February 2024, and had a brief experience as a Junior Associate Intern at the same company in early 2020. Joanneke’s academic journey includes a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Oxford, during which research concentrated on mathematical modeling and data analysis related to immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, supported by an EPSRC studentship and industrial funding from Hoffmann-La Roche. Additionally, Joanneke completed a Master's in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing at the University of Oxford, along with Bachelor's degrees in Law and Mathematics from Utrecht University. Early education was completed at Leiden University and Stanislascollege Westplantsoen.
