Kelly Stevens

Kelly (Underell) Stevens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, strategic initiatives, and economic development. Currently serving as an Alignment Coach at Kelly Stevens Coaching LLC since January 2022, Stevens specializes in helping professional women align their careers and personal values. Concurrently, Stevens works as the Chief of Staff (Fractional) at Forte Commercial Real Estate, providing expert guidance on complex real estate transactions. Previous roles include Chief Impact Officer and Executive Director at the Colorado Technology Association, where Stevens advanced the tech industry's growth in Colorado, and co-founding KIN, which focuses on empowering women in their professional journeys. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Director at the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade and as Public Affairs Manager at the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
