Oda Aase Johnsen

Oda Aase Johnsen has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Oda Aase is currently working as a Delivery Manager at Forte Digital, where they are responsible for overseeing successful project deliveries. One of their significant projects at Forte Digital involves leading a data platform project for Måsøval, a fish farming company. The objective of this project is to build a scalable data platform that collects data from multiple systems, enabling Måsøval to own and control its own data.

Before joining Forte Digital, Oda worked at Simplifai as a Delivery Manager. Oda Aase'sresponsibilities included leading one development team as a scrum master and ensuring that the implemented solutions aligned with customer requirements. In addition to their delivery management role, they also served as a Business Analyst at Simplifai. In this capacity, Oda performed tasks such as requirements analysis, solution design creation, and functional specification development.

Oda also gained experience as an Analyst in Storebrand Asset Management. Oda Aase'srole focused on analyzing and managing assets for the company. Prior to this, they worked as a Webeditor and Photographer at Aase, where they were responsible for web content creation and photography.

Additionally, Oda has held positions at Hove Republic. Oda Aase served as a Group Leader for Environmental Stands and later as a Team Leader for Environmental Stands.

Oda Aase Johnsen's education history begins with their high school education at Oslo Katedralskole from 2006 to 2009, where they studied general studies. Following this, they attended the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration. In 2012, they also studied at the University of California, Davis, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General.

Oda went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Strategy, Organization, and Leadership at Copenhagen Business School. Oda Aase studied at CBS from 2013 to 2017, obtaining their master's degree.

In addition to their formal education, Oda Aase Johnsen has acquired several certifications. Oda Aase obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Lean Communications AS in May 2017. In August 2021, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert. Most recently, in September 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Oda also obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2022.
