Alaina Gregory

Alaina Gregory has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alaina started working at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business as a Business Information Systems Teaching Assistant from September 2020 to December 2020. Then, they joined Refraction AI as a Technology Consultant from January 2021 to May 2021.

In 2021, Alaina joined multiple organizations. Alaina worked as a Technology Consultant at Kearney from September 2021 to the present. Alaina also participated in the IGNITE Women's Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company and the Digital Leadership Summit at Cognizant.

Alaina Gregory has a diverse education history. Alaina attended the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Technology and Operations. Additionally, they attended the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction. During their time at the University, they also pursued an Entrepreneurship minor at the University of Michigan College of Engineering.

Prior to their tertiary education, Alaina Gregory completed their high school education at East Grand Rapids High School from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are also taking Economics classes at Grand Valley State University.

In terms of certifications, Alaina Gregory obtained a Forté: More Women Leading, Career Ready Certificate from the Forté Foundation in June 2020. In June 2019, they also obtained a PEER research certification from the University of Michigan.
