Ghita Filali

Ghita Filali has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2018, they founded Ghita Filali Coaching, where they currently serve as the Founder & Executive Coach. In 2019, they joined Chief as a Community Guide for International Women in Business & MENA Communities and also served as a Core Group Guide for Women Executives. In 2020, they worked as the Head Coach for Women Leadership Development at Forte Foundation. Prior to these roles, they worked at PwC as the Director of Advisory Services, where they conducted finance and digital transformation programs for global banking and capital markets clients. Ghita also worked as the Managing Director for North America at Invest in Morocco. Earlier in their career, they held senior consulting roles at Accenture, where they led business and financial process design and change management projects for clients in various industries.

Ghita Filali has a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ESSEC Business School. Ghita also participated in an exchange program at UADE Business School, where they gained further knowledge in the field of Business Administration and Management. In addition to their formal education, Ghita has obtained certifications as a Professional Coach Trainer & Leadership Development Trainer and as a Professional Coach from Accomplishment Coaching in 2020 and 2018 respectively.
