Elena Dovnar

Elena Dovnar has held various roles throughout their work experience. Elena started their career as an Engineer at Zarubezhenergoproekt-Minsk in 2012 and worked until 2016. Elena then transitioned into the field of business analysis and worked as a Business Analyst at Invento Labs LLC from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for requirements elicitation, analysis, formalization, prioritizing, and communication with key stakeholders. Elena also participated in Scrum activities and supported the development team during functionality implementation. After that, Elena worked as a Business Analyst at Itransition Group from 2018 to 2019, performing similar responsibilities. Elena then joined SolbegSoft in 2019 as a Business Analyst, where they focused on requirements elicitation, analysis, formalization, prioritizing, and visualization. Currently, Elena is working as a Senior Business Analyst at Forte Group, starting in 2022.

Elena Dovnar pursued their education in a structured and continuous manner. In 2007, they attended Belarusian National Technical University, where they obtained a Master of Engineering Sciences degree in Expertise and Real Estate Management. Later, in 2009, Elena enrolled in the Academy of Postgraduate Education and completed a program in Assisting Interpreter and Translator, which they completed in 2012. In 2017, they also attended the IT Academy to gain knowledge in Business Analysis in IT, although no degree was mentioned for this particular experience.
