Ivanna Bakai

Ivanna Bakai began their work experience as a Tourism Manager at Accord-Tour Ltd. / Аккорд-тур ТзОВ in February 2016. Ivanna held this role until April 2019 when they were promoted to Deputy Head of Department. Ivanna worked in this position until May 2022.

In October 2022, Ivanna started working as a Manual QA Engineer at Forte Group, where they are currently employed.

Ivanna Bakai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ukrainian Language and Literature from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2014 to 2019. In addition, they have received several certifications, including "SQL for Testers" from LinkedIn in November 2022, "Certificate 'Fundamentals of the software Testing'" from QATestLab in September 2022, "Certificate 'Fundamentals of the software Testing'" from Prometheus in May 2022, and a "QA/QC" certificate from Logos IT-Academy in April 2022.
