Liz Salas

Liz Salas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Liz started their career as an English Teacher at Colegio Gimnasio Los Robles in 2011. Liz then transitioned into customer service and sales roles at Convergys Intelligent Contact from 2012 to 2014, and Teleperformance from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016, they joined ASSIST CARD as an Assistance Coordinator for a brief period. Following that, Liz joined Sutherland in 2017, where they held multiple roles. Liz started as a Sourcing Specialist, responsible for sourcing and hiring English and Spanish speaker candidates. Later, they became a Senior Lead Recruiter, managing the massive hiring of candidates for different accounts and programs.

Currently, Liz works at Forte Group as an IT Recruiter, starting in 2021. Their role involves identifying highly skilled job seekers and matching them to ideal positions.

Throughout their career, Liz has gained extensive experience in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring, and has a proven track record of success in these areas.

Liz Salas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education with an emphasis on Humanities and Foreign Language-English from Universidad Surcolombiana. Liz attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
