Pavel Chechat

Pavel Chechat has a diverse work experience that includes roles in Quality Assurance and Project Management. Pavel started their career in 2005 at Advanced Building LLC, where they worked as an Entrepreneur/Project Manager for seven years. In 2014, Pavel joined Forte Group Inc. as a QA Engineer, where they were involved in various projects, including B2B and B2C eCommerce. Pavel developed and executed test plans, analyzed system requirements, and developed automated test scripts. Pavel then progressed to the role of Lead QA Engineer and Automation, leading a team of 18 people and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and high-quality deliverables. In 2017, Pavel took on the dual role of Director of Quality Assurance and Delivery Manager at Forte Group Inc., where they continue to excel in overseeing quality assurance processes and managing project delivery.

Pavel Chechat obtained a Master's Degree in International Business Administration from Belarusian National Technical University from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued another Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Ternopil Academy of National Economy from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their educational background, Pavel Chechat has obtained several certifications. Pavel received the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Product Ownership certification from ICAgile in April 2021. In March 2020, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Delivery at Scale (ICP-DAS) certification, and in February 2020, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM) certification, both from ICAgile.
