He Daniel Yang CPA

Daniel Yang, CPA, currently serves as Assistant Controller at Forte since February 2020, overseeing daily accounting operations. Previously, Daniel held various roles at Deloitte, including Manager in Accounting & Reporting Advisory, where advisory services for SaaS companies were provided and process improvements for newly public companies were implemented. Daniel also served as Audit Senior, leading engagements for clients such as Stitch Fix, Inc., and participated in the annual audit of diverse clients, performing substantive testing and SOX compliance activities. Earlier experiences include project assistance in the USC-SJTU Global Executive MBA Program and internships at PING AN SECURITY COMPANY, OC&C Strategy Consultants, and PwC. Daniel holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
