Mason Metzger

Mason Metzger is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategic consulting, advocacy, and community engagement. Currently serving as Senior Consultant and Chief Strategy Officer at Universal Design Works since April 2023, Mason also holds a board member position at Community Transportation Network and is a member of the Board of Directors for FORTE RESIDENTIAL, INC. and FORTE HOME HEALTH CARE, INC. since January 2018, where strategic leadership and a disability perspective are emphasized. As a keynote speaker and accessibility advocate, Mason has delivered over 70 client-specific presentations since August 2014. Additionally, involvement in the Leadership Fort Wayne Class of 2022 included participating in leadership workshops and executing a community project. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication & Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and completed the Core 40 curriculum at Warsaw Community High School.
