Alexandra Achim

Alexandra Achim joined Fortech in 2006 and since 2007 she has been leading the human resources department. She graduated from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, where she has also been a teaching assistant.

As Fortech’s VP of Human Resources, Alexandra Achim is responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies within the organization to continuously enhance people and organizational development.

She coordinates areas such as recruitment, individual performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
