Cosmin-Silviu Ghioanca has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture. Cosmin-Silviu then founded their own company, ISOGRAPH SRL, in October 2019, where they served as the Owner and Project Architect until August 2022.

In August 2022, Cosmin-Silviu Ghioanca joined COSMIN SILVIU GHIOANCA BIROU INDIVIDUAL DE ARHITECTURĂ as a Project Architect. Currently, they hold this position. In September 2019, Ghioanca earned a certification as a Licensed Architect from the Ordinul Arhitecților din România.
