Loredana Arion

Loredana Arion has a strong background in project management and quality assurance (QA). Loredana worked at Fortech from 2016 to the present as a QA Lead and Senior QA Engineer, responsible for test plans, strategy, team coordination, and release-build estimates. Loredana also implemented automated tests using Python and Robot Framework.

Prior to Fortech, Loredana worked at Projects Abroad from 2014 to 2016 as a Project Manager and QA Manager. In this role, they coordinated and organized a team of 25+ programmers, web developers, and content editors, assigning tasks through a bug tracking system and ensuring deadlines were met.

Before Projects Abroad, Loredana worked at ZegaSoftware SRL from 2008 to 2014 as a Project Manager and QA Manager. Loredana was responsible for coordinating a team of 12 programmers and 5 QA engineers and managing tasks through bug tracking systems like Jira and ExtraView.

Prior to ZegaSoftware SRL, Loredana worked at Wildcard Technologies SRL from 2007 to 2008 as a Project Manager and QA Engineer. In this role, they coordinated a team of 5 programmers and one tester and wrote specifications for new features.

Loredana's early work experience includes a role as a QA Engineer at Ze&ect SRL from 2006 to 2007. In this position, they tested an application, reported bugs, and created tutorials for clients.

Loredana Arion pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their enrollment at Dinicu Golescu National College from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they focused on studying Mathematics & Informatics but did not acquire a specific degree. Following this, Loredana continued their educational journey at Transilvania University, where they obtained an IT Engineer Degree in Informatics from 2003 to 2007.
