Paul Crudu

Paul Crudu has a diverse work experience. Paul started their career as a Junior Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they closely monitored sales volumes, analyzed market trends, and executed promotional initiatives. After that, they co-founded Alpe Clean, a local cleaning services company, where they managed business growth, advertising, recruitment, and relationships with customers and suppliers.

Following their entrepreneurial venture, Paul worked as an Export Sales Manager at Bico Industries, responsible for searching potential trading partners, initiating negotiations, and increasing the company's turnover. Paul then transitioned to Clinica Sante as a Medical Sales Representative, promoting the company's services, establishing relationships with doctors, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Paul's passion for travel led him to join Eturia, the first travel agency in Romania specialized in personalized exotic holidays. Paul initially worked as a Travel Consultant, researching destinations, suggesting travel options, and organizing trips. Due to their dedication and expertise, they were promoted to Expert Travel Consultant. In this role, Paul gained extensive knowledge by traveling as a Group Tour Leader to various exotic destinations and received excellent feedback from clients.

Currently, Paul is working as a Junior Front End Developer at Fortech, where they apply their skills in web development. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated adaptability, excellence in customer service, and a proactive approach in achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

Paul Crudu earned their High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National College of Computer Science in Piatra Neamt from 2003 to 2007. Paul then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Exchange from the Academia de Studii Economice din București, graduating in 2010. Paul later pursued a Master's Degree in Banking and Insurance from the same institution from 2010 to 2012. In 2021, they participated in a Mentorship Program at Wellcode.ro, focusing on Computer Science. Additionally, Paul obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (Level C1) from the British Council in July 2006.
