Dustin Eppers has diverse work experience in various roles. Dustin started their career at K12 as an LMS Manager, where they were responsible for configuring and administering multiple platforms for the education environment. Dustin worked closely with different teams to implement vendor systems and ensure efficient support for clients. After that, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a SERS System Manager, where they managed, monitored, and troubleshooted the SERS system. Dustin also acted as a liaison between system users and IT groups. Following that, they worked at Viewpoint as an LMS Manager, responsible for administrating the MindTickle! Learning Management System and ensuring relevant content availability. Dustin then joined Deltek as a Platform Analyst, specializing in the Costpoint 7.0.1 and 7 ERP system. Currently, they are working at Fortegra as an Operations Manager, responsible for various operational functions, including lead generation, purchasing, and real-time updates to agency teams.
