Mike Fulkerson

Mike Fulkerson has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Mike has had significant involvement in technology and innovation at Capital One, serving as the Vice President of Core Innovation and Chief Technology Officer of Capital One Labs. Mike was also the Chief Technology Officer at Snagajob and Rosetta Stone, contributing to product ideation, research, and development. Additionally, Mike has experience as the Co-founder and Chairman at Pickarious and as the Technical Director at Serco, Inc. Mike started their career as a Technical Product Manager at ILOG, overseeing the vision and enhancement of the JRules Business Rules Management System. Mike Fulkerson completed their education with a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Duke University between 1995 and 2000. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Villanova University between 1993 and 1995. Mike'sundergraduate studies were also at Villanova University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from 1985 to 1989. Before attending university, Mike attended West Springfield High School from 1981 to 1985.
