Ranjan Mukhopadhyay

Ranjan Mukhopadhyay is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at Forter since June 2024, Ranjan previously held the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits at ezCater, where Ranjan led a team to improve payroll processes and enhance the benefits program. Ranjan's career includes significant roles at Greenhouse Software and Frontier Communications, focusing on equity program development, compensation strategy, and HR analytics. Ranjan's earlier positions included actuarial analysis at Towers Watson and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, as well as supervisory and instructional roles in education. Ranjan holds an M.A. in Adolescent Education - Mathematics from Hunter College and a B.A. in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut.
