Ruti Koshcher

Ruti Koshcher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ruti began their career in 2015 as a Security Inspector at Terminal 3 at Ben Gurion Airport, where they were responsible for flight safety and training new recruits. From 2017 to 2019, Ruti worked as a 110 Call Center Representative for the Israeli Police, where they managed a high volume of incoming calls and maintained a professional attitude towards customers. In 2019, they joined Applied Materials as a Human Resources Representative, handling recruitment needs and posting job positions on different channels. Ruti later transitioned to the role of HR Staffing Ops Recruiter, specializing in recruiting candidates for software and engineering positions. In 2022, Ruti joined Forter as an Associate Recruiter.

Ruti Koshcher pursued a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. This educational endeavor began in 2017 and culminated in 2020. Following this, Ruti went on to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting at Peres Academic Center, commencing in 2020 and completing it in 2021.
