Vikas Sharma

Vikas Sharma has over 20 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on leadership and strategic planning. Vikas is currently the Head of Human Capital - SCM at Lenskart.com, where they manage a team and oversees various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and benefits. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR at HeidelbergCement, where they implemented global HR policies and strategies to drive business objectives. Vikas has also held leadership positions at Luxor Writing Instruments Pvt. Ltd., Ashok Leyland, Aditya Birla Group, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd., and India Today Group, where they were responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent, and implementing various HR programs. Vikas Sharma has consistently demonstrated their ability to improve organizational effectiveness and enhance productivity in their HR roles.

Vikas Sharma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan-Delhi Kendra, obtained between 1999 and 2002. Vikas also holds a Diploma in Strategic Performance Management (SPM 4) from XLRI Jamshedpur, obtained in 2017. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Delhi University. Vikas Sharma attended DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL from 1993 to 1995, studying Commerce. Furthermore, they completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (IR & PM) from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Munshi Nagar Andheri Mumbai in 1998 and 1999. Vikas has obtained a certification in PI from The Predictive Index in the year 2021.
