Angela K. Andrews has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1996 with Prosperity Bank as a Teller Supervisor. Angela K. then worked at Amplify FCU in various roles, including Senior Teller, ACH Coordinator, Assistant Retail Center Manager, and Retail Center Manager. Andrews also held the position of Retail Quality Control Manager at Amplify Federal Credit Union (formerly IBMTEFCU). In 2013, they worked as a Guest Services employee at Whole Foods Market. Andrews joined Amplify Credit Union in 2012 as a Project Coordinator, where they managed projects and performed risk analysis. Angela K. later became the Assistant Operations Manager for Remote Services, overseeing member relationships and managing the Contact Center service staff. Andrews currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Fortera Credit Union, where they previously served as SVP of Operations and was responsible for digital banking operations.

Angela K. Andrews attended Austin Community College from 2004 to 2005, where they pursued General Studies. Angela K. did not obtain a degree during their time at the college. In April 2011, they obtained certification as a NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer from the National Association of Federal Credit Unions.
