Ujas Mandavia

Ujas Mandavia is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in perception at Forterra since February 2024. Previously, Ujas served as a Software Engineer in Mapping and Localization at Magna International from July 2022 to January 2024, and as a Software Engineer focused on Visual Inertial State Estimation at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. from April 2020 to July 2022. Ujas began as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Field Robotics Lab at Northeastern University from January 2018 to December 2019, where skills in developing real-time SLAM systems and monocular visual odometry were honed. Ujas holds a Master of Science in Robotics from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
