Lewis Hudson

Lewis Hudson has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. Lewis started as an HR Assistant at Kent County Council & Schools Personnel Service, then moved to a Trainee HR Officer role at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council in 2015. In 2016, they joined Entity Group as an HR Business Partner and HR & Talent Development Executive. In 2019, they became an HR Business Partner at Valcon, and in 2022 they are currently Group HR Operations Director at Forterro.

Lewis Hudson's education history includes completing GCSEs at The Westlands School from 2004 to 2009, A-levels in Business Studies & Law at The Westlands Sixth form from 2009 to 2011, a Business Management degree at University of Winchester from 2011 to 2014, and a CIPD - Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management at Mid Kent College from 2015 to 2017. Lewis also holds certifications from APMG International in Change Management PRACTITIONER and Change Management Foundation, obtained in 2021 and 2020 respectively, as well as from CIPD in MCIPD and Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management, and from LinkedIn in Coaching and Developing Employees and Coaching for Results, obtained in 2018.
