Rachel Espinosa has a long and successful career in business. Rachel began their career in 2012 as a Company Director for Espinosa & Co Ltd. In the same year, they joined Personal Group as a Customer Engagement/Change Director, where they were responsible for the redesign of the customer service team, customer proposition, sales process, and training and development of the sales team. In 2011, they became Owner and Customer Engagement Director for Graymatter IQ Ltd. and Head of Service for Lloyds Banking Group. In 2009, they were promoted to Local Director for Lloyds Bank, becoming the youngest female Local Director in the company. From 2017 to 2019, they held various roles at Amazon, Refinitiv and LSEG, including Global Process Owner and Senior Program Manager, Head of EMEA, and Head of EMEA Key Strategic Accounts. In 2020, they were appointed Chief of Staff at Forterro, where they are responsible for delivering software and services to nearly 10,000 small and midsized manufacturing companies around the world.
Rachel Espinosa attended St Pauls Catholic School from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained A levels in English literature, Theirtory, German and General Studies. Rachel then attended the University of Northampton from 1998 to 2001 and earned a BA/BSC combined hons in Politics and European Union Studies.
