Clancy Chial

Clancy Chial is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior People and Culture Advisor at Fortescue since January 2022. With previous roles at Fortescue including People and Culture Advisor, Personal Assistant to General Manager, and International Recruitment Advisor, Clancy has extensive experience in various facets of recruitment and human resource management. Prior to Fortescue, Clancy worked as a Recruitment Advisor at Mineral Resources Limited and as a Recruitment Manager at Mass. Additional experience includes positions at torquejobs, Sonic HealthPlus, the Department for Child Protection and Family Support, and West Coast Radiology. Clancy is pursuing a Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management at Edith Cowan University.
