Gabriel Martins

Gabriel Martins is an experienced professional in process control and control systems engineering, currently serving as Superintendent Process Control at Fortescue Metals Group since November 2020. Prior to this role, Gabriel held various leadership positions at BHP, including Project Lead for Control Systems and Fleet Management Systems Team Lead, overseeing teams that enhanced operational systems for haul trucks and excavators. Gabriel's career began at UNITECH Engenheiros e Consultores as an Internship Trainee, and continued at Alfa Engenharia as a Senior Control Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included designing and coding PLC and SCADA systems for industrial projects. Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from PUC Minas.
