Katie Valentine

Katie Valentine has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Katie recently joined Fortescue Metals Group as the Decarbonisation Strategy Group Lead in December 2021. Prior to this, they took a sabbatical and traveled with their family from January 2021 to November 2021. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Partner in Advisory at KPMG Australia. Before that, they worked as a Partner at Momentum Partners from 2009 to 2015. Katie started their career as an Analyst at GEM in 2001 and has also held roles at Oliver Wyman and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants.

Katie Valentine earned a Bachelor of Engineering & Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia from 1996 to 2000. In 2011, they completed the Leadership Development Program at Leadership Western Australia.
