Marco Caglio

Marco Caglio is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design, development, and testing. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Development and Test Engineer at WAE since June 2023, Marco previously held several senior roles at YASA from June 2018 to June 2023, including Senior Technical Specialist in Motor Development and Senior Development Engineer. Prior to this, Marco worked at Owen Mumford Ltd as a Senior Design Engineer and was employed at Jaguar Land Rover as a Jointing Integrity Engineer. Earlier experience includes roles at Eldor Corporation as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and at Artsana, where Marco progressed from Process Engineer to Manufacturing Engineer and Technical Supervisor. Marco holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and completed an Executive program in Lean Six Sigma for manufacturing and services in 2015.
