Kymberly FaJohn is a Customer Solutions Specialist at Fortessa Tableware Solutions®, LLC since August 2021, contributing to the design and marketing of tableware in both commercial and high-end consumer markets. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Care Professional at American Woodmark Corporation, where responsibilities included customer care for home products, and as a Member Service Representative at Navy Federal Credit Union, providing account services and fraud prevention. Kymberly also served as an Instructional Aide in Frederick County Public Schools and worked in customer service at Sodexo. Kymberly holds an Advanced Studies Diploma from Millbrook High School.
