Prior to this position, Adam worked at Ibstock Brick from December 2001 to April 2021, holding various roles including Regional Production Director and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing engineering personnel, budgeting, and project management. Adam's career began as an Apprentice Electrician, with a strong foundation in process improvement and departmental leadership throughout the years.
