Mark Abrahm

Mark Abrahm, Chief Financial Officer, ensures that Fortified is appropriately financed to meet the rapidly expanding needs of its client base. He also works to make sure the Fortified brand is recognized for its expertise in designing, scaling, and managing systems around data. Mark leads by example and demands excellence, holding himself and others accountable. He firmly believes that success requires commitment and a team working toward the same goals. Mark has a passion for problem solving and ideating solutions through creative and abstract thinking.

A graduate of Georgetown University with a BA in Business, Mark was a Founding Partner of New Street Investment Partners, a private equity firm, specializing in advising companies and providing seed and growth capital. Mark has more than 30 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience providing companies with capital structure advice, investing, and the managing of financial assets.

Outside of work, Mark cares about access, opportunity and the importance of a good education, along with civil rights, hunger, preserving green space, and forests. He is married with two adult daughters, enjoys traveling, food, and outdoor recreation (hiking, biking, fishing, golf, being on the water).
