Shriya Agarwal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation. Currently serving as the Associate Director at Fortify Health since November 2024, Shriya previously held managerial positions at IDinsight from July 2019 to July 2024, where significant contributions included leading high-impact consulting projects and spearheading the development of a socio-emotional learning assessment tool implemented in over 60 government schools in Jharkhand. Earlier in their career, Shriya worked as a Data Analytics Intern at Anheuser-Busch InBev and as a Research Intern at ICRIER. Fortify Health is a non-governmental organisation committed to addressing the pertinent issue of micronutrient deficiencies, also termed “hidden hunger.” We work with expert advisors, millers and government to facilitate fortification i.e., the addition of iron, folic acid, and vitamin B12 to wheat flour, a cost-effective, safe and easy way to address birth defects and anaemia.
