Ezra Erens

Ezra Erens has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Commercieel Medewerker for Ruijters Groep B.V. and then moved to Manager Personeel & Organisatie for Ruijters Groep from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they were a P&O Adviseur for Janssen de Jong Infra. In 2010, they began working for Fortimedix Surgical B.V. as Human Resource Manager, then later as Human Resource Director where they were responsible for strategic personnel planning, organizational development, human capital management, talent management, reward management, and recruitment. Prior to their career in Human Resources, Ezra worked as Manager Sales & Marketing for Crowne Plaza Maastricht from 2000 to 2003.

Ezra Erens obtained a Master's degree in Organizational sciences from Tilburg University between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in European Marketing & Management communication from Fontys University of Applied Sciences between 1996 and 2000.
