Jagatbir Saund

Jagatbir Saund serves as the Director of HRIS at Fortinet since October 2021, leading the HRIS function and driving technology vision and strategy for business growth and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Jagatbir held the position of Senior Manager, HRIS at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where responsibilities included transforming legacy applications to Oracle Cloud and acting as a liaison between the HCM business community and technology. Jagatbir's earlier experience includes a tenure as Manager, Projects at Cognizant, where three Oracle Cloud transformations were successfully executed, along with several implementations as a Solution Architect. Jagatbir began a career in consulting at Oracle as a Staff Consultant, focusing on PeopleSoft HR and Finance implementations, and started as a Software Engineer at Hexaware Technologies. Educational qualifications include two MCA degrees from FORE School of Management and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and a high school diploma in Computer Science from Guru Harkrishan Public School.
