Phil Rogers

Phil Rogers has a diverse work experience in software engineering, database administration, and development roles. Phil most recently worked at Fortior Solutions as the Director of Software Engineering since May 2018, and prior to that, they were a Software Engineering Manager at the same company starting from October 2017. Before joining Fortior Solutions, they worked at Eid Passport as a Software Engineering Manager from December 2013. Phil also had a role as a Database Developer/DBA at Eid Passport starting from September 2011. From 2004 to 2011, Phil worked at the Oregon Child Development Coalition as a Database Administrator. Prior to that, they served as the Lead Database Developer - Research Analytics at Marshall & Swift / Boeckh from May 2002 to November 2003. Additionally, Phil has experience as an Analytical and Database Developer at BizRate.com from July 2000 to March 2002 and as a Senior Developer at Pennzoil from August 1998 to June 2000.
