Raheem Beyah

Board Director, Chairman at Fortiphyd Logic

Raheem Beyah began their career in 1995 as an Intern at Iterated Systems. In 1998, they moved to Andersen Consulting as a Consultant. In 2001, they joined the Georgia Institute of Technology as a Research Engineer. In 2005, they became an Assistant Professor at Georgia State, and an Adjunct Professor at Georgia Tech. From 2011 to 2016, they held various positions at Georgia Institute of Technology, including Dean and Southern Company Chair of the College of Engineering, Professor, Vice President for Interdisciplinary Research, Inaugural Executive Director of the Online Masters in Cybersecurity Program, and Associate Chair for Strategic Initiatives and Innovation. In 2016, they joined Fortiphyd Logic as a Board Director and Chairman, and Co-Founder.

Raheem Beyah obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University between 1994 and 1998. Raheem then went on to earn an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1998 and 1999. Finally, they completed their PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2000 to 2003.
