Nadia Abouzaid

Nadia Abouzaid is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Fortis Games, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nadia was with Asana from June 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition strategy, operations, and equitable programs, as well as spearheading diversity talent initiatives. At Jopwell, from November 2016 to May 2020, Nadia held various leadership positions, ultimately serving as Senior Director, overseeing professional recruitment and building partnerships with numerous prominent clients. Nadia's extensive experience in recruitment includes significant roles at Barclays Investment Bank, where important diversity-focused strategies were developed and implemented over several years. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis.
