Stefany Lax has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Stefany currently works as a Senior Recruiter at Fortis Games, where they are responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and building relationships with various stakeholders to determine hiring needs.

Prior to their current role, Stefany worked as a Senior Recruiter at various contracting companies within the travel, financial, and entertainment industries. Here, they also handled full life-cycle recruiting and actively sourced and filled IT-related roles.
