Dennis McLaughlin began their work experience in finance as a Director/Group Manager at Capital One in 1999, where they handled P&L forecasting for the Installment Loans business unit. Dennis then joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2004 as a Vice President, holding various leadership positions within the Student Loans and Auto Finance segments. At JPMorgan Chase, they implemented efficiency improvements in reporting, managed business intelligence and data management functions, and achieved significant cost savings. In 2014, they transitioned to Paya as the Vice President of Finance, where they served as the interim CFO and oversaw all aspects of finance and accounting. Dennis successfully led the company's carve-out efforts after its acquisition by GTCR. In 2019, they joined Berkeley Research Group LLC as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Fortis.
